Closed Caption: Zoom supports closed caption. However it seems to currently only work if you have signed up for a free or paid Zoom account and have installed the Zoom App on your desktop or mobile phone/tablet and sign in with that account to join the meeting. Therefore to use closed caption you should install the app and sign up before the meeting time.
For Zoom you can join by audio only or by audio and video. For audio only just make sure the red line is showing over the word "Video" by clicking "Stop Video" on mobile or "Video" on Desktop
Also please mute yourself when you are not talking to prevent background sounds.
